Rules for Running and Organizing a Smartphone Lottery

1. Lottery Description

"Viva Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, is running a lottery, within the framework of which the Company will give away 5 "iPhone 16 Pro” 128 GB smartphones. The lottery is run using software developed by "Viva Armenia" CJSC.

2. Name and Legal Address of the Lottery Organizer

"Viva Armenia" CJSC, 4/1 Argishti Street, 0015 Yerevan, Republic of Armenia

3. Lottery Participants

Any individual can participate in the lottery (except for employees of "Viva Armenia" CJSC and "MobiDram" CJSC). Legal entities cannot participate in the lottery.

4. Process for Running the Lottery

• 4.1. To participate in the lottery, from July 1 to July 31, 2025 (inclusive), the participant must purchase any smartphone from the Service Centers of "Viva Armenia" CJSC, in cash or on credit. At the time of completing the transaction, the participant must provide the Organizer with their contact phone number in order to be contacted in case of winning. After completing the transaction, the participant must keep (not sell, donate, or otherwise alienate) the purchased smartphone, the payment check, and the sales receipt.
• 4.2. The smartphone lottery specified in point 1 of these rules will take place online (on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of "Viva Armenia" CJSC) on August 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The IMEI codes of smartphones purchased by the winning participants will be randomly selected and published using the software developed by "Viva Armenia" CJSC.
• 4.3. You can follow the process of the lottery and the publication of the results on the official Facebook and Instagram pages of "Viva Armenia" CJSC.
• 4.4. Starting from the date of the prize announcement, the winning participant must visit, within 7 calendar days, the Head Office of "Viva Armenia" CJSC or the Service Center where the smartphone was purchased. The winning participant must present an identity document (passport or identification card), as well as the smartphone whose IMEI code was selected as a result of the lottery, along with the corresponding payment check and sales receipt.
• 4.5. If the winning participant fails to appear at the Head Office or Service Center of "Viva Armenia" CJSC within the period specified in point 4.4 of these rules, or fails to present the documents, purchased smartphone, payment check, or sales receipt as required, the result of the lottery will be declared invalid for that prize. The relevant information will be published on the Organizer's official website www.viva.am within 2 business days after the end of the deadline mentioned in point 4.4 of these rules.

5. Other Conditions

• 5.1. Participation in the lottery (including providing the data specified in clause 4.1, receiving the prize if won, etc.) is considered the participant's unconditional acceptance of these rules.
• 5.2. These rules, any subsequent amendments (if any), and complete information about the lottery are published on the official website www.viva.am.
• 5.3. Considering that to ensure transparency during participation in the lottery, until the prize is received, personal data of participants (name, surname, passport details, etc.) are not stored in the Organizer's systems, and the selection of winning participants is carried out solely on a random basis by selecting the IMEI code of the smartphone — the Organizer bears no responsibility for any possible disputes between the actual purchaser of the winning smartphone and any person who presents it at the Head Office or Service Center of "Viva Armenia" CJSC in accordance with clause 4.4 of these rules. In all cases, the person who appears at the Head Office or Service Center of "Viva Armenia" CJSC in accordance with clause 4.4 will be recognized as the winner of the lottery.
